At Great Lakes Dental Care, we believe that prevention and education are the keys to optimal oral health. At each visit, we take the time to educate you about how to maintain your healthy smile. If we have any concerns about your teeth and gums, we will explain them fully and, wherever possible, present a range of suitable treatment options.
Education extends to the members of our team, who participate regularly in professional development seminars and workshops. With their knowledge, we can continue to improve our service offerings and introduce the latest innovations in dental care to you.
Innovative technologies, like digital x-rays, are one of the tools we use to help keep you informed and aware of your current state of oral health. Of course, communication is the most effective way to involve you in your dental care, and your questions and feedback are always welcome.
Introducing Dr. Park
Dr. Park graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Human Biology. Seeking to be part of a modern profession that enabled him to apply his knowledge of human biology, he entered dental school, also at U of T.
While studying in Toronto, Dr. Park was very involved in the university community. He was active in student councils and in intramural sports. In fact, he was captain of the U of T varsity football team and won a Vanier Cup with the team. He was also named Student Athlete of the Year.
As a dentist, Dr. Park enjoys meeting new patients and being part of the community. He loves introducing new technologies and techniques to patients and showing them how modern family and cosmetic dentistry has evolved to include many fast and pain-free treatments.
